Our Vision

We envision a world where every individual, regardless of their origins or social standing, has the opportunity to thrive. HCP is committed to creating a community that is not only inclusive but also equipped to foster the growth and well-being of each of its members. In this world, access to essential services is a right, not a privilege, and the path to leadership and health is open to all.
about

Our Mission

Our mission is to forge partnerships across community-based and national spectrums, thereby ensuring that the services we provide are not just adequate but exemplary in their reach and effectiveness. We believe in the power of education, the strength of advocacy, and the importance of proactive engagement to address and preempt the unique challenges faced by those we serve.

Established in 2013, HCP has grown from a vision into a dynamic, service-oriented non-profit organization, recognized under the 501(c)(3) statute. Positioned in downtown Brockton’s heart, our doors at 71 Legion Parkway Suite 22 are open, symbolizing our commitment to accessibility and community engagement. Our office, a newly renovated space replete with staff workstations and meeting quarters, stands as a testament to our dedication and serves as a hub for change and development.

Under the vigilant guidance of our Board of Directors, HCP’s administration and program activities flourish, adhering to the highest standards of integrity and impact. The Board’s oversight ensures that our path aligns with our vision and mission, steering us towards sustainable growth and measurable outcomes.
