In the realm of public health, access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right. HCP continues to partner with HealthCare For All to ensure we reach as many members as possible during this critical time of redetermination. MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program, periodically reviews the eligibility of its members to ensure that they continue to meet the criteria for coverage. This has not been done in recent years because of the Pandemic. MassHealth recognizes it can be complex and may present challenges for individuals, especially those with limited resources or facing language barriers. Keeping up with paperwork, understanding the required documentation, and meeting deadlines can be overwhelming. This is where Haitian Community Partners assists in the redetermination process. HCP is deeply embedded in Brockton and well-positioned to understand the unique challenges faced by individuals and families. When it comes to MassHealth redetermination outreach, we provide education and awareness, cultural and language support, and direct renewal support as a certified counselor organization.
